Can I change the date that my ticket is booked for?
Once tickets are issued, we are unable to change the date that the ticket is applicable for, please check you have chosen the correct day at the time of booking. The Pumpkin Picking will be open come rain or shine, unfortunately we will not be able to move, refund or cancel tickets due to weather.
Do I need wellies?
The event is being held on our farm which is a real working farm so expect mud, grass, vegetables and tractors! We highly recommend wearing wellies or boots when visiting the farm, it can get pretty muddy, especially if it has recently been raining.
Is there a car park?
There is a car park at the end of the farm track. Parking is free.
Can I bring my dog with me?
We're afraid this event is not suitable for dogs, so we please ask that you leave them at home, but we welcome guide dogs.
Is the farm suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs?
The pumpkin field is a short walk (around 100 metres) from the car park up a gentle slope. The pumpkin field has uneven surfaces and in wet weather may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. If the weather is dry then access will be easier, but please do take into consideration that to access the pumpkins there is a short walk through our field.
Are there toilets available?
Temporary toilet facilities are available onsite, including accessibility toilets and baby changing.
