The Pumpkin Festival Terms and Conditions
The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets to Farndon Fields events through farndonfieldsevents.merlintickets.co.uk. These policies are in conjunction with our Privacy Policy which can be viewed on our website www.farndonfields.co.uk.
Once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Once tickets are issued, we are unable to change the date that the ticket is applicable for, please check you have chosen the correct day at the time of booking.
Please ensure your tickets, booking reference and barcode are printed or available on a mobile device when attending an event as access may be declined without this documentation. Farndon Fields reserve the right to refuse access to any event at our discretion and the decision of Farndon Fields will be final.
Event Cancellation / Postponement
If the case of an event at Farndon Fields being cancelled, you will be contacted and advised of our policy for obtaining a refund for that event.
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason Farndon Fields is not obliged to offer a refund. If a refund is issued, we will refund the prices that your paid for your ticket. Service fees, processing fees, and delivery fees are not refundable.
If an event is postponed you should contact the venue directly to obtain information about postponed dates of the event, if there is an applicable refund policy or time and date to substitute your ticket.
Ticket Availability
Ticket availability is subject to change. We may release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are also 'locked' (not available) for a short time while customers complete their purchases. If a customer does not complete their purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available to purchase. For these reasons and others, the tickets available for a given event can and do change rapidly. If you are unable to find tickets for an event, please check back again.
